The protection of personal privacy is important to the Utility Vegetation Management Association (UVMA). The UVMA does not usually collect personal information from individuals, other than business contact information, which is not considered to be personal information under Bill 44- Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and may be collected, used and disclosed without consent. In the event that the UVMA does collect personal information, that information will only be used to administer member services and activities directly relating to the Association.
Members consent to the UVMA collecting, using and disclosing the aforementioned information for the purposes outlined above, by agreeing to provide the UVMA with the information.
