The UVMA is an individual member organization, and it is required that each member complete an application form.
New membership and renewals can be paid by check, or online by using PayPal.
Please note that UVMA membership no longer includes the UAA membership. Please go to the UAA website to renew that membership.

You must complete all mandatory fields in the individual member application form which once completed will link you to PayPal.
If you prefer to use your credit card, simply complete the application form. Once directed to PayPal, click on "Don't have a PayPal account?" You will be given the option to use your credit card.
